To the band:

I first heard you guys at Jugs and Strokers...Tom K. kept telling me about this band "Dead Mile Dance" over and over and over...finally I gave in and said ok fine ...Well that was it, I was hooked...laughing, drinking, and dancing my ass off...Now I knew what Tom meant...When I heard about Jimmy, my prayers, with many others were to follow..Just think when we all can celebrate your recovery from that thing called "cancer"..

Then on November 11, 2006 at the Italian American Hall in Oyster Bay there was a benefit for Jimmy.  I knew that's where I wanted to be on my birthday...Knowing it was for a great cause...the people, the music, the laughter, the love that went to you all and to a very special person, Jimmy..

I also have to let you know how touched I was when you heard it was my birthday, (I can thank my daughter in law, Lisa for that one..)

You found the time that night to make my Birthday a very special night for me. I will remember it for a very long time...it was the best birthday ever, and for that I thank you all from the bottom of my heart...With every thing else that was going on, you made my night..
